At Lone Star Plastic Repair LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality plastic repair services using advanced nitrogen fusion welding techniques. We stand by the durability and craftsmanship of our repairs and offer a 12-month warranty on all repaired parts.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the plastic repair performed by Lone Star Plastic Repair LLC for a period of 12 months from the date of completion.

Covered Under Warranty:
✅ Cracking, splitting, or failure of the welded area due to improper fusion.
✅ Separation or delamination of the repaired sections under normal operating conditions.
✅ Defects caused by flaws in the repair process.

The following are NOT covered under this warranty:

❌ Damage caused by improper installation, modifications, or adjustments after repair.
❌ Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
❌ Damage caused by exposure to extreme environmental conditions (excessive heat, chemicals, etc.).
❌ Wear and tear from normal usage that occurs over time.
❌ Subsequent repairs or alterations by any third party after the initial repair by [Your Business Name].
❌ Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the structural integrity of the repair.

To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Notify us of the issue as soon as possible by email at brad@lonestarplasticrepair.com or by phone at 979-412-3175.
    
2. Provide Documentation: Include proof of the original repair, such as the invoice or work order, along with photos or videos showing the defect.
    
3. Inspection and Evaluation: We may require you to return the part for inspection or schedule an on-site evaluation.
    

Note: Warranty claims must be submitted within 12 months from the date of service completion. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored.

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, we will take one of the following actions at our discretion:

🔹 Rework/Repair: Correct the defect at no additional cost.
🔹 Replacement: Replace the repaired part if the defect cannot be corrected.
🔹 Refund: Issue a refund of the repair cost if rework or replacement is not feasible.

Shipping Costs:

• If the item needs to be returned to us for evaluation or repair, the customer is responsible for initial shipping costs. If the claim is approved, we will cover return shipping.
   

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the repaired part. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of use or downtime.
   
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from part failure.
   
• Any costs beyond the original service provided.
   

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who received the repair service.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future repairs, not retroactively.
